    Flexible Supply Chain

FOR INDEPENDENT BRANDS / OEM & ODM

    Flexible production.
    A clear development route.

Bring the next collection into focus. LAYO connects fabric sourcing, product development, sampling and production for brands with an established market and a defined product plan.

Our core work is custom apparel development: streetwear and lifestyle, modern outdoor, and activewear and yoga. A coordinated supply network and self-owned factories allow the production route to be matched to garment construction, material needs and the order profile.

    01 / DEFINE

    Start with the collection.

Share your tech packs, reference samples or prioritised styles, target market, quantities per style and colour, and launch window. We identify the material and construction decisions that need resolving first.

    02 / DEVELOP

    Align fabric, fit and finish.

Develop material options and samples against the product brief. Review fit, measurements, construction and finishing before agreeing the approved sample and production specification.

    03 / PLAN

    Confirm a workable production run.

Custom programmes are generally evaluated from 300 pieces per style per colour. Fabric and trim minimums, specialist processes and the production route can affect the final quantity. Sampling costs, milestones and delivery timing are confirmed for each project.

    Designed for focused brand teams.

For independent brands expanding a considered collection, the value is coordinated decisions and clear follow-through. Online meetings, phone calls and WhatsApp support sample reviews and project communication across time zones. Review timing is agreed against the actual brief rather than a blanket turnaround promise.

Need a material-first route? Explore LAYO Materials. Selected Ready to Brand programmes are a separate option for brands working from existing styles; their quantities and scope differ from custom development.
