OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): We produce garments according to your tech pack or approved sample.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We handle everything from design concept, fabric development, and prototyping to packaging and shipment — fully customized to your brand identity.

We work particularly well with independent brands that have an established market, a clear collection brief and a realistic development budget. Custom programmes are generally evaluated from 300 pieces per style per colour; fabric, trims and construction may affect the final minimum. Sampling costs and production conditions are confirmed in the quotation. Brands open to selected existing styles can also explore our Ready to Brand (RTB) route.

Yes. Our design and technical team can create a complete tech pack based on your reference garment or image, including measurement specs, fabric suggestions, and sewing construction details.

As an indicative custom-development reference, sampling usually takes 7–10 working days and bulk production around 30–45 days after the required confirmations. Fabric availability, construction, approvals and order size affect the actual schedule. Your project team confirms the timeline; these ranges do not automatically apply to fabric-only or RTB orders.

Yes. Our design studio releases seasonal trend capsules inspired by global fashion and fabric fairs, offering color, silhouette, and fabric recommendations for brand reference.

Yes. Material Lab supports fabric selection, sourcing and development as a separate starting point. Tell us the end use, composition or hand feel, performance requirements and estimated volume. Fabric and garment development can also be coordinated when needed.

The scope includes performance knits, outdoor fabrics, natural-touch constructions and selected recycled or alternative-fibre materials. Recommendations are matched to end use, weight, stretch, recovery, finish and commercial requirements. Selection does not imply that every material is currently in stock.

Fabric minimums are assessed in metres or kilograms and may vary by construction, colour, dyeing or finishing process. Selected stock options may be available, but quantities must be checked at the time of enquiry. Garment MOQs do not apply to fabric-only orders.

Swatch and sample-yardage options can be reviewed before selection. Tell us which tests and certificates are required. OEKO-TEX, GRS, GOTS or bluesign-related documentation is material-specific and must be checked for scope, validity and the relevant supply chain; availability is not universal.

RTB starts with selected existing styles that can be adapted with agreed branding such as your logo, labels and packaging. Custom OEM/ODM starts from a separate product-development brief. RTB is suitable when the available style and permitted branding options fit your brand; it is not an unlimited redesign service.

The established RTB direction covers activewear, athleisure and everyday essentials. The available styles and branding options are reviewed against your market and launch plan. Ask for the current selection rather than assuming every website product is available through RTB.

The RTB reference is from 50 pieces per style. Colour combinations, size ratios and the selected branding method require confirmation. This should not be read as 50 pieces per colour or as the MOQ for independently developed custom garments.

Selected styles can be reviewed for logo application, labels and packaging. Available methods depend on the style and material. Artwork, placement, sample approval, cost and any limitations are agreed before the order is confirmed.

Availability and delivery timing must be checked for the chosen styles, quantities and branding. RTB is operated by LPX Global Limited in collaboration with LAYO Group. The quotation and order documents identify the contracting and payment entity; a selected-style programme does not guarantee immediate stock or a fixed lead time.

Our sourcing and R&D team develops materials such as recycled polyester/nylon, Sorona®, Tencel®, bamboo, PFAS-free finishes, moisture-wicking knits, and thermal bonded fabrics.

Yes. We provide custom elastic bands, zippers, silicon logos, reflective transfers, and sustainable packaging options.

Material selection can include recycled fibres, natural-touch fabrics and suitable lower-impact finishing options. Recycled-content claims, finishing requirements and supporting documentation are reviewed for each material and project. We do not treat one material certificate as proof that every product or factory is certified.

Factory audits and material certifications cover different scopes. Depending on the production site and material, relevant evidence may include BSCI audit reports, Sedex/SMETA assessments, GRS documentation or OEKO-TEX certificates. Please request current documents for the specific factory, material or product, including validity and scope, before making a claim.

We utilize smart energy systems, waste heat recovery, and digital monitoring to track emissions. Our sustainability goals align with UN SDGs 12 & 13 on responsible production and carbon reduction.

We can review regenerated-cellulose, recycled and other alternative fibre options against your brief. Bio-based, recycled and biodegradable are different claims: applicability and evidence must be checked for the specific fibre, fabric and intended use rather than assumed from a brand or material name.

For independently developed custom garments, our current planning reference is 300 pieces per style per colour. The final minimum is confirmed after reviewing the fabric, trims, construction, size breakdown and production route. Yarn minimums, dyeing quantities and specialist processes may require a different quantity. RTB and fabric-only enquiries have their own minimums.

Yes. We prepare Good / Better / Best pricing options — balancing material choice, sewing construction, and finishing techniques to fit different brand positions.

FOB, CIF and DDP options can be reviewed for the destination and shipment. Payment arrangements, including T/T, L/C or any credit terms, require confirmation for the specific project.

For selected ready-to-brand and international projects, LPX Global Limited may be the contracting and invoicing entity. Your quotation or pro forma invoice identifies the entity and applicable payment arrangements.

Yes. Our logistics team coordinates door-to-door delivery, including customs clearance and shipment tracking to EU, UK, US, and APAC destinations.

Quality planning covers incoming material inspection (IQC), in-line process checks (IPQC) and final inspection (FQC). Inspection points, measurement tolerances, defect classification and the applicable AQL sampling plan are agreed for the product and customer requirements.

Testing is selected for the material, product, destination and brand requirements. It may cover colourfastness, dimensional stability, pilling, strength, waterproof performance and restricted substances, using applicable ISO or AATCC methods and relevant market requirements such as REACH. The test scope and acceptance criteria are confirmed before execution.

Yes. We work with SGS, BV, and Intertek for external audits and inspections.

Relevant production resources include automated cutting and selected sewing, bonding and pressing processes. The appropriate factory and equipment are matched to the garment construction and quality requirements; efficiency results depend on the specific operation and project.

Yes. Our team supports 3D garment rendering and video fit checks to speed up design approval and reduce sampling waste.

Confidentiality requirements and the appropriate file-sharing channels can be agreed before technical materials are exchanged. Share any NDA, access restrictions or customer-specific information-security requirements with the project team for review.

If an issue arises, we conduct a root cause analysis and issue a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) report. Compensation, remake, or credit is discussed transparently.
